Wow, That brings a few thoughts to mind:

1) If I was trying to sell that for 22,000 I would at least spell check the advert.

2) Perhaps move all the debris and junk away from the system your trying to sell before taking pictures?

3) Two words "cable management"

4) Two more words "licensed electrician"
