Decide to start a thread to let people vent about things. I'll go fist
I got a tank from a big online retailer they had a no hassle return policy and I have had no issues with them in the past. Well I bought a tank from them that was on sale as a gift. Found out after I got it that the giftee already got one so I needed to return it. Contacted said company only to find out that yes they accept returns but you have to pay the shipping charge and the charge is almost as much as the item grrr.
