Could anyone please recommend me a good source for learning about fishkeeping? Whether it's a good website or a youtube channel, any idea is welcome :) Thanks! :fish2:

You are on the right track looking for good info.
The list of books and websites may overwhelm ?
I have another possibility...See if there is a local fish club in your area .
Odds are if their is then there will be keepers with years /decades of experience in your own area that want little more then to help others enjoy this great hobby.

As far as books go I have many great ones ..But I would confess they are best bought when you seek special knowledge on a specific topic.
As far as gaining general knowledge about the hobby I would say check the articles on this site. Most were written by active members who knew their stuff while they were active here. Probably almost topic or fish info you could imagine is there ..

Excellent advice above.

I find a good store can be helpful as well. Worth looking around. Here most people that work in a fish shop seem to keep fish but some are better than others or maybe just more specialised in what I’m interested in.

There are a couple of good magazines: Amazonas and Aquarium Hobbyist. I subscribe to both in paper, but AH's back issues in PDF are free at their web site.

I'd also recommend exploring YouTube: there are several good accounts, the archives of which are well worth exploring. I'd start with a few from:

I have learned a lot from people on here that are very helpful with questions. But the best thing I did was join a fish club. I found one on G+ and not only that but it's helped me a lot on taking care of plants and what kind work for my fish. Than I found a mom and pop fish store. I think there a lot better then the big chain stores a lot of the time they breed there fish there so you know you geting a good supply and a lot of time they love Giveing you one on one time and really answer your questions were the big stores I feel are just in a rush and want to make a sale.

An aquarium society club for your region, local people are great resources for good info as well as plants and fish and equip.

The article referenced in my signature link, is included in the link provided by Coralabandit. Great basics.

And here, at Aquarium advice.

I would add Rachel O'leary, she is a wonder with the small fish and invertebrates, with easy to follow information. Really cares about the creatures in the hobby - she has a You Tube channel. And co-authored a book.

Very educational.
