Can I put saltwater rocks in freshwater if I clean it good? I had then out for like 4 months so there dead.

I guess I'm thinking here it will depend on if your tank can handle the dead organic load (perhaps keep an eye on ammonia / or for a cloudy tank).

I would be weary even if washed , now if it were a brackish tank I'd say go ahead ,
just not worth the risk IMO just never know what will leach out
