Suggestions for a good diving watch under $200

I've been looking for another watch for my small collection lately and I need some advice. I would like a watch that has Luminescent indicators and sweeping hands rather than quartz movement. I like the look of the Rolex submariner but it's just way too much money and I would never spend that much on a watch. I like all the seiko diving watches but I just don't know which is the best. I have only had experience with seiko, casio, and Bulova. These are the watches I own

Just found a watch I like it called invicta 8927c. Does anyone know anything about it? I'm mostly wondering if it is a good watch or not.
