water changes

so i was explaining to my same that is getting the 10 gallon that she has to do weekly water changes and she says she doesnt believe me. lol. ok so she said she will consider them if you guys say its a MUST. please help me convince her

If she's not gonna do any water changes tell her to get this.

IT'S A MUST!! If your not going to care for fish properly, DON'T keep them.
