Ill start: Work for Parks and Recreation Dept. in Atlanta on the Recreation side.

Pest Control Operator in Houston, TX. I do Pest and Termite inspections and Treatments, trap wild animals, and rodents, exclude animal entry from structures, real estate inspections, and install automated mosquito misting systems. I'm also an inside salesman on the weekends at a store that sells DIY professional pest control chemicals.

mine isn't as interesting as neilan's nor does it pay as much. (wish I had stayed in college and found a better career)

I'm a tool pusher(supervisor) of a oil rig, I can't complain to much, I'm outside everyday and most of the time I'm flying my rc airplanes all day at work telling everyone else what to do- Ahhh the good life-

Well I can say that I was a Satellite Network Controller while I was in the Army. Seeing that I just got out last night at Midnight I am currently unemployed and have not been happier. But I am looking for a job so the happiness will be short lived.

Fish taxonomist and natural history museum curator. So I get to go collect fish (preserved for the collection), study their anatomy, classify them, and describe and name new species. I mainly work on the classification of acanthomorphs (spiny finned fishes - specialising mostly in perch-like fishes and gobies) and taxonomy of the Pseudochromidae (dottyback family). I do keep aquarium fish as well (mostly rainbowfishes - I'm a displaced Australian!), but mostly joined this forum so I could help out with identifying fish species.

I'm about 2 months from a PhD in biological oceanography. Studying biomass-size distributions (spectra) in Narragansett Bay, looking primarily at fish data from a long term (1990-2006) trawl survey, but also looking at phytoplankton, zooplankton, benthic critters and ctenophores.

Buyer for a Mechanical Contractor specializing in Plumbing/Piping/HVAC.
AKA Glorified babysitter for grown men. LOL

I work for a low voltage electrician company. Anything from access control, fire, security, close caption monitoring, and a little HVAC. I dont do HVAC!!! However we just did the entire 32 floors of the AEP building in downtown Columbus, Ohio and it was many hours and alot of cutting out old neumatic lines and duct work to make the swap. Horrible! I should have stayed away!

I'm a consultant to nonprofits (about 12 years) and a recently elected municipal leader (town councillor), politician...I can hear the groans from here.

Aquarist at a public aquarium and restarting aquarium maintenance company.
