Woo Hoo! Early Christmas present

No pictures yet but I just ordered a 5-inch Derasa clam from Clam's Direct.

I'm so excited.....but unsure too. I've never ordered livestock online before. Hopefully all will go well.

UGH! I received the clam.....he didn't make it. I opened the box and it was freezing! The folks at clam direct were great about it. That really stinks! I think I'll wait until a little later when it warms up some before I order again. Has anyone else had this problem (with winter shipping)?

I try not to order in the winter time, just for that reason and especially arounf the Holidays. Sorry for your loss!
