I have a 10000k marineland led fixture 48" and 6700k glo single bulb fixture 48". Which fixture should go first?

I am not sure of your question. I run that combo on my tanks. The plants do well and I like the color.

My led fixture doesn't get full tank coverage so I added an additional single T5 fixture. Does it matter what spectrum is first? Currently I have the T5 6700k first

The 6700 is going to be more useful for plants, while the 10000k will be easier on the eyes. A lot of the light from the 10k isn't really usable by the plants (I believe it was in the 30-50% area, when I asked last)

From a quick search the marineland double bright has 16 1W leds, which is between 32W and 48W of "normal" light (t8/t12). So the amount of usable light for plants brings you down to 16-24W. If your 6700k is t5ho, that brings you to around 81W (t5ho~1.5W). Assuming it is a normal (t8/t12), that gives you around 32W of light. Without further information, I say the 6700k will be more useful for plants.

My information is around a year dated, so my numbers may be off (specifically the wattage equivalencies (1Wled=2Wt5ho=3Wt8/t12). But why are you having to get rid of one fixture? Assuming t5ho and that all my assumptions are correct, that puts you around 1wpg. If you're buying a new fixture, try to get in the 2-3 range :)

I have the marine capable. 46 led bulbs. It doesn't have much coverage so I added the T5.
