36" T5 bulb max wattage?

Is the highest wattage on a 36" T5 (NOT high output) bulb 39 watts? Every search I do on these bulbs seems like this is the peak wattage. Thanks for any feedback.
 
You got it! If you want higher, you have to go with HO ballasts and bulbs. its not like normal screw in incandescent bulbs (40 watt, 60 watt, 100 watt, etc) its all controlled by the ballast you have - not the bulb! (you can overdrive a regular bulb with a HO ballast and have "T5HO" you just won't get the reliability/output you were hoping for.
 
In addition to that, it should be mentioned that your 39w bulb is a T5HO bulb and won't be properly ran by non-HO ballasts.
