Albino Bushynose Pleco Diet?

So I just got a Bushynose Pleco and I don't really see him eat at all. He mostly hides behind the filter. Any suggestions on what to feed him? I have been putting in Romanian lettuce the past couple days over night it is mostly gone in the morning would that be him or the cichlids?

I have hundreds of BN pleco's, their staple diet is NLS pellets with spirulina flake and canned green beans one day/week each.

I've tried to feed mine veggies but he doesn't seem to eat them. I just feed mine algae wafers.
