Algae balls

Can anyone identify this algae? It is extremely hard to remove from glass and intake tubes. Also I think it’s the same hairish algae covering my plants. I have a dirted tank and I regularly dose ferts. Lights stay on for 8hrs a day. How can I eliminate this algae?

How often and how much water are you changing? Tank size?

What kind of light are you using?

Do you know your TDS pH GH/KH?
