Amazon Sword Plants

I recently moved my tank from my my old residence to my new one. its been about 4 or 5 days now and I'm noticing that my amazon sword plants are becoming translucent. They had lower than normal lighting for about a week and a half before the move (1 fluorescent lamp). Could that be why they are looking bad? They have been back on full lighting now for 4 or 5 days(fluorescent lamp and LED Lamp). any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Do you use root tabs?

No

I never have and they were thriving for about a year now, until just recently.

They need root tabs, that's probably the cause of the problem

Then why have they been fine for so long without them?

That's how mine were, and all of a sudden two died and one survived, but now it's better than ever before
