I have a 125 gallons planted tank with: 2 amano shrimps, 8 neon tetras, 4 rummy nose tetras, 1 small angelfish, 4 siamese algae eater, 3 german blue rams and someone in there is eating my anubias nanas. Is anyone who can help me to find what fish or invert does that and what shoul I do to prevent it.

Thanks

Are you sure something is eating them? Anubias will sometimes get ragged leaves and holes from a phosphate deficiency.
