would a banana plant do good with a t8 bulb, 17 watts in a 29 gallon aquarium with florapride plant fertilizer added every water change?

banana plants are pretty hardy, I've kept them under t8's without any problem. The light output is going to determine the growth rate, but they seem to be relatively undemanding, so even if your output isn't the best, they should still fare well.
