I had good results with Planted Aquariums Central, but it's been a few years since I ordered from them.

I just bought my plants from marcusfishtank.com (or on ebay) and they were gorgeous and fairly priced. Also the owner was really nice and replied to my messages quickly ( I had to wait to plant them so I had asked his advice on how to keep them alive before planting)
