Best substaite

I'm new to the planted tanks...whats the best substrate for growing through out the whole tank...i want lil stuff growing all over the bottum of the tank....

Well, if you want lush growth, substrate choice is actually one of the less important factors. The important factors are CO2, light, and fertilizer, with substrate being more or less rolled into ferts. If you're not supplying the other factors, then there's really not much point to forking out the dough for the best substrate.

To answer your question though, Aqua Soil is the best substrate.
