It's a deficiency, I'd say nitrogen and potassium.

Thanks! What do you suggest I use to fix? So far, I've added (about a week ago when I added about 60% new water due to moving I added co2 booster), yesterday I added leaf zone and today flourish Excel.

Just dose leaf zone to recommended on the bottle and things should improve. If it doesn't I'd look into getting some seachem potassium. Try to keep your nitrates between 10-20 at all times for a source of nitrogen [emoji106]
