Can someone help identify these 2 plants growing in my tank? I'm not sure what kind

Sorry It cut off. I don't mind the 1st one was if it stays like
That but I don't want it to take over the tank. The 2nd i think is hair algae and I want to get rid if this. Any help is greatly appreciated. I am cutting down my light cycle to 8 hours a day. Up to know I have been doing 5 gallon water change weekly on a 29 gallon tank. Right after water change a dose Seachem flourish and 2-3 days later Api leaf zone.
