Can you re use ADA Amazonia soil?

It depends on how old it is, what kind of setup it was in, and how you plan to use it.
The first two go hand in hand as this is an active substrate that will buffer the pH down to 6 something. I believe the lifespan is generally 2-3 years. It will breakdown and crumble over time. If the source water was low pH and soft, then there should a decent amount of buffering capacity left in it (depending on the age). If the source water used was hard then a good amount of the buffering may have been exhausted.
If you are not relying on this to provide a lot of buffering then you might be fine.
As for nutrient content, it’s hard to say what is left in it. To put things in perspective, I’ve used an inert substrate (EcoComplete) for over 5 years and only provided occasional root pellets to supplement fertilization.
