I have a 3 gallon tank, will I be able to grow carpet plants? If so which one would be best? And what kind of lighting would they need?

To keep plants low growing you need High Light and CO2. Otherwise they grow tall trying to reach the light.

You could try Dwarf Sag ? Or crypt parva might be best...but it grows very slow.

Yea I add liquid co2 but idk what my lighting is because it's an LED light

It's a marineland single bright.. I only know because it's been addressed many times in other threads. Tony. It's low light, not a bad thing, the fact it's so close to the substrate helps, try any plant you'd like, worst case, it dies off and you try again, I've been through a few plants myself..
