As the title says should Should I use any type to of cfl or a special one. Any info is help ful.

I would look for 6500k or 6700k temp. Popular wattage sizes are 10w and 13w (equivalent to 75w and 100w standard bulbs).

I found the higher temp cfl bulbs in Lowe's. My local Home Depot and OSH did not carry anything higher than 5600k if I recall correctly here in the Bay Area. Hope the info helps u making multiple trips to the HD stores.
