So I have sand in my established tank, and wanted to change it to something better for plants and carpeting floor plants. I'm eventually going to add C02, so taking the steps.
My question is can someone recommend a good substrate that I can pick up from Petsmart, Petco or my LFS? Can I put it on top of the sand or should I remove all the sand? Ready to dig into this today!
