Cheap Planted 40g breeder light?

My wife is setting up a 40g cherry shrimp colony and will probably use a few moderate to low light plants maybe a few high light not sure. I don't really want to use a hanging fixture so one with enough juice to grow most plants but under $100 and top mounted would be awesome. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

low light and high light don't mix, so are you looking for low or high light?
what kind of par are you looking for

Cheap Planted 40g breeder light?

As for par and all that technical stuff I don't know, whatever par would be appropriate for a 40g depth breeder with moss balls, java moss and micro sword assuming light would be set a few inches above water

This would be a good low/medium par light for your 40b. Best par per $ value out there. Beamswork LED 1W 6500K HI Lumen Aquarium Light Freshwater Plant (DHL 36 6500K) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FVNPZLY..._QGM8ybBNVEBV0
