Cloudy water

Hello everyone my tank has started to get hazy/cloudy and unsure why. Last week I cleaned my canister filter tubes and installed glass tops and a current usa led+ lights setup. Sunday I did a 50% water change do to nitrate being high. Added leaf zone. Also sunday night I installed co2 injection. When I went to sleep it was crystal clear. Monday woke up started the co2 at 2bps, fed them, and went to work. Came home fed them that night tank was still clear. Woke up today (tuesday) and started the co2 and fed them went to work. Came home to a cloudy/hazy tank. I turned off the co2 and tested my water. Ammonia: .25, nitrite: .25, Nitrate 80. Nothing to extreme on the test used some amquel. Any suggestions would be great. Maybe algae bloom? My tank is 60 Gal and planted with about 20 or so plants. I do have pics as well. This pic is when its clear
