Cloudy water from ferts?

I've been dosing ferts with PPS pro for a week now (using the kit from green leaf aquariums) and my water had turned more and more cloudy this week. Am I doing something wrong? I'm dosing the recommended amount as specified on the green leaf website which is a ml per 10 gallons.

Is there any green tinge to the water? If you can't tell for sure, put some in a clear class, put the glass under a bright light, and place it on top of a white surface. This'll uncover if it is green cloudiness, or white cloudiness. The causes of each will be very different, with different remedies.
