CO2 airline

Is it better than regular PVC airline you get from any pet store? Or the polyethylene stuff from hardware stores?

My understanding is CO2 airline won't leak CO2 through tube walls or harden as easily and may fit on the barbs better (depending on equipment).

I'm pretty sure co2 is slightly abrasive and that's why the co2 line is needed. No point of running anything else unless you want to replace it over and over. It's best to just get the good stuff from the get go

That's really interesting. I have three different types of airline right now, and two of them are clear. Everything got bleached, so now I'm not sure what is what.

I did see this online if you search. Unfortunately I had no idea on different types of line and what it all meant (and just have CO2 line anyways). I think it would be worse over longer distances I guess.
