co2 diffuser problem

I just started running pressurized co2 into my 30g planted tank a few days ago. The diffuser is ceramic and sits nearly on the substrate. It's very difficult to get it to disperse a slight stream of micro bubbles. It's a matter of not being able to adjust the needle valve to the right position. The kit is an Ista Professional Co2 Refillable Supply Set 1 Liter Ista Professional Co2 Refillable Supply Set 1 Liter

from Aquariumplants. The instructions were not very detailed. How much should I open the "on/off valve" before I turn the needle valve for the gauges?

I would put it at 10-20 psi and then adjust your BPS with the needle valve from there.
