Is there a difference in quality? At my local homebrew store they have both. I am guessing the cheaper CO2 is fine but am curious if anyone has any prior experience on this?

I would look into the concentration of CO2 they guarantee in each and make the call if the extra money is worth it or not.

All my research says is food grade costs more due to the tests to ensure it is 99% CO2. Industrial could have other gasses in it like nitrogen. Probably just an FDA money maker but I am curious if anyone has had a bad experience.
I think it’s commercial grade here (or maybe somewhere in between). Must ask. I’ve never noticed any issues.
