co2 tank markings

I just got my "new" not refurbed 5lb alum kegorator tank from Aquatic-store.com
The tank has alot of markings which if I read them correctly my tank was last hydro 03/06. (03CO06) To me this is one year out of date. should I return the tank? it appears new but the Hydro is 1 year old already--or is this normal when buying online?

I would expect it's normal from an online retailer. They probably bought stock last april/may and you got one of that stock which the manufacturer tested in march. The hydrotest is good for 5 years according to my place. Testing is about $20 so maybe if you gripe they'll discount you $4. Personally, I wouldn't be too upset by it.
