Color temperature?

So I have a 25 gallon with some stem plants and crypts. I have a 2 bulb t5 no and I was wondering. If I use one 6700K and one 10000K would that be better than 2 6700K?

It really doesn't matter. While there is some output difference between bulb manufacturers, there's very little difference between different temperatures of bulbs. It's largely a matter of personal taste and not a matter of what's best.

It would be more appealing IMO... but likely wouldn't affect plant growth.
