Contorton Val

I planted 8 Contortion Val on Wednesday and the tips are browner then greener and seems a bit limp.
I have 8 hours of a Coralife T5 colormax with a 6700 and a Colormax Warmglow lamps.
Did a fert doser when I put them in.

Vals tend to melt down and then come back. I think it's from different tank parameter acclimation. In my experience, vals don't like to be planted too deep. I plant mine high enough where I see white plant matter but not so high that I see roots. Good luck.

They likely are still recovering from shipment/upheaval/acclimation. Give them a few weeks to get on their feet and they'll be going bonkers.
