Dirted, is this sand fine?

Dustins fish tanks says use pool filter sand for a dirted tank, I could not find any suitable pfs locally(was silica pfs anyways and they could not tell me the size or color or anything). I found a larger grain silica sand locally for cheap. Most pieces seem to be 2mm to 4mm with some smaller as well. Would this be as good as pfs?

That's exactly what have in my dirted 55. Looks good to me!

Looks good I have mine capped with ps and regular gravel. So that should be fine.
