I like the 2nd to last arrangement. Good contrast IMO.

Well I mounted them to slate and am soaking them, the one whiter piece is just too big to fit into the cooler haha so they will all be pretty much the same color when in the tank, that piece just wasn't wet

I usually go with the "toss it in and see" method, if you don't like it go for another toss, but your wood seems to have a bass on it.
