Driftwood plants?

I was thinking of trying to add some real plants to my tank. Are there any good plants to attach to driftwood that don't take too much extra care? Or any kinda billowy/grassy type plant that would cover the driftwood?

Mosses, anubias and java ferns attach to wood easily and are easy to grow.

I have anubias nana on my driftwood and its really easy to attach and maintain whilst being a hardy plant that doesnt require much light at all. I use cotton to tie it to there, I think after a couple of months you can take the cotton off when the roots have attached themselves but others will have to confirm that for sure!

if i go with java moss, about how long would it take to attach itself to the driftwood usually?

Takes about a month, less if it grows well. Just tie it on with cotton thread, by the time the thread rots the moss will be attached.

I just bought Flame Moss and Fissidens both look great on DW.
