Dry Eco-Complete

I'm about to take down a tank that is only a few months old so I know the eco-complete substrate still has plenty of life left in it and I don't want to throw it away. Can I keep it and use it later, even though it will dry out? Eco-complete comes packaged with a little water in it.

water help adds to the weight so they dont have to give you as much eco. nothing is wrong with drying it out.

the only thing you will lose is any bacterial colony in/on the substrate but as far as plant nutrients nothing will be lost.
