Dwarf Hairgrass

Wondering if this would work in my 5 gallon. I have a 13w Fluval fluourescent light, no co2, just Excel. No soil.

In the tank I have: Java moss, Marimo moss ball, Anubias Barteri.

I did some research but want to be sure if it can last in my tank.
