eco complete substrate bacteria

I have a 20 gallon cycled with 20 pound bag already in. I bought another bag. My question is, do I have to rinse the substrate since my tank is already cycled, or is it fine just adding straight to tank?

I don't believe the reason for rinsing it has anything to do with the cycle.. It's just to remove dust and particles that will make your tank cloudy.

You should be fine adding it directly to the tank. You might have some cloudiness short term, but it should clear up soon.
