Emergency Plant dip

Help! I recieved a shipment today of some replacement plants I was not expecting. The QT is torn down, and I have no plant dip. I need to treat the plants as I have no where to QT before I put them into the tank; can I use a mild 1/10 bleach solution?? I need to plant them ASAP!
