I have a 120 gallon tall tank with plants. I currently have a coralife t5 ho fixture with 10,000k and 6700 k lights and a Helios II fixture with a 6500k bulb, is this enough light to upgrade from low to mid light plants?

How many inches is it from light source to substrate? Are you going to start pressurized co2 or liquid carbon dosing (ie. Excel or Glut)?

The lights are close as they can go, roughly 2 ft from substrate. I use liquid CO2 and fertilizer once a week.

Well ~24" is rather far for light to travel. I'm also unfamiliar with helios. Is that also a t5? How's the reflector quality? Either way, let's say you reach 30 or more PAR (= medium light), you'll also need to bump up your fertilizer regimine and carbon supplementation. If you're willing to continue down this path, I'd recommend looking into dry ferts (i.e. pps-pro) and glut dosing (i.e. metricide 14).
