Crypt wendtii "Red" will. There are also many varieties of Bucephalandra that will put out red leaves once acclimated for many months. I know that Sunset Hygro will, but I believe it is on the noxious weed list and is illegal to sell--don't quote me on that though.

Wonderful! What about red tiger lotus? I had one before but it was in a higher light tank so I wasnt sure if it would grow well in low light.

I did a quick search and sunset hygro is illegal in a lot of states but I am in WV and it doesnt seem to be illegal here probably because it gets cold. If I ever decided to try some though I would do more thorough research! Crazy though!
