Fertilizer tabs?

Yesterday, I precisely added 4 tabs of the Seachem Flourish tabs into my 20g tank, containing 4 types of plants.

> I would like to know if my snails will be affected.

> Do i need to make less water changes? More?

> I have a "medium fertilized" substrate, in regards of that, will my plants thrive after finishing the tabs doses? Will they get "addicted" to the tabs?

> can i add shrimps? I have CO2 mini kit and a lot of hiding spots, and a mossball as well, but I have a dojo loach (young).

Thank you guys
