Fish:6 teon tetra, 2 cherry shrimp, 2 oto algae eater
fertilizer: flourish, flourish tab(3 pcs)
plants: micro sword, glossostigma, floating one??

got algae problem before due to water flow too low, now max water flow.
co2 all the time, now problem for fish, three plants all growing

That's the problem. Cut it down to 6-7hours. That's should take care of the algae.

looks like glossostigma and hair algae are competing with each other.
some hair algae attach to glossostigma, and lots of new born leaf from glossostigma.
i would just help to cut hair algae if needed.
