Fluval Spec - Plant Suggestions

Hey guys!

I'm looking for suggestions on plants for my Fluval Spec. I thinking along the lines of:

- cryptocoryne wendtii (bronze/green)
- cryptocoryne parva
- anubias 'micro'
- anubias nano 'petite' sp.
- microsrum pteropus 'windelov'
- staurogyne repens
- christmas moss
- mini pelia
- pelia/subwassertang
- monosolerium tenerum
- pogostomen helferi
- fissidens splachnobryoides

I do not plan on using all of the plants listed (obviously), but I'd like to do about 2-3 plants. Are far as the staurogyne repens, pogostomen helferi, and fissidens splachnobryoides goes, would it grow "well" with the stock light?
