Growing HC

This is what i have planned, and i was wondering if it would work for growing a carpet of HC.

5 gallon tank (Standard dimensions)
13 watt compact fluorescent bulb (10 000k)
flourite original
dosing flourish
co2 (it will be a DIY, i had great luck with it on a 10 gallon so im hoping i will have good luck here as well)

I have everything but the tank, and will not be setting it up for a while so i am doing all the research i can on growing a carpet of HC before i dive in (and probably screw up lol)

I doubt you have enough light. You might be better off getting one of those 27w PC desk lamps that you sometimes see at Wal-mart, Home Depot, etc.
