Hair-like growth on anubias

Currently have brown algae growth in my tank and I wasn’t sure if this is related. Is this normal ? I attached a photo

I battle BBA a lot, it kind of looks like that's what you have. I have it under control, but certain plants tend to be more prone to attack. All you can do is trim and remove the affected areas. Some people recommend removing the plants and dipping them, but I just trim the leaves. Good luck.
