So in another thread I was talking about my 29 gallon bowfront light fixture. I changed out old 18in bulb that was three years old for a new plant bulb that's I think is18 watts or so. I'm trying to keep my sword in good shape until I upgrade to a t5 fixture for Christmas. The sword isn't doing so well despite ferts and liquid co2. But I just looked at the light fixture for my old and abandoned 10 gallon tank and this stock hood actually has two 15 watt cfl. Would I be better off to use this fixture for now on the 29 gallon or set up the 10 just to house the sword or neither? Thanks for the help!
