As the title says my son was up to his mischief again and put a few small cookies in the 55Gal Planted tank. I suspect it was maybe not too Long before I got home, but even still a couple of the fish may have endulged and appear bloated! When I saw it I immediately scooped them out with a net but I'm not sure if my fishes eating cookies is harmful or how toxic it may be to the water Quality if at all. Some of the more temperamental fish Like the RT shark showed no interest in the sweets. Any experience/advice appreciated. :thanks:

Put a lid on the tank? ????? Can't see much good here.. diabetic fish maybe..

The Lid is on but it's a bow which the front is tilted up B/C my cannister filter hoses are in front. I wonder if I should skip feeding them tonight.

It should be okay. Fish look bloated when they overeat. I'd just skip feeding for a few days just to monitor them.
