Help using dry salt ferts for first time

Hi i have potassium nitrate, potassium phosphate, magnesium sulphate and chelated trace elements.
How do i know how much of each to use and how much water to mix it with.
When i have made a mix how will i know how much to dose into my tank?

Ok i've decided to go with the Ei method does this mean i dose once a week and do a 50% water change once a week?
Ive used a online calculator to come up with these numbers. My lank is 240 litres
Kn03- 2.935 grams
Kh2p04- 572 mg
Trace- 1.429 grams
Mgs04- 12.169 grams (the calc had mgs04.7 h20 is this the same as mgs04?)
And finaly i heard i have to mix the trace elements seperate is this true
If anyone could answer these questions it would be a big relief for me thanks
