Looks to be some sort of crypt, maybe wendtii? Probably not a wendtii, but it looks good!

Definitely a Cryptocoryne. Looks more like undulata 'green' to me.

Edit: I have undulata but the undersides are brownish.

Crypts are hard to ID because they show different colors under different conditions.

What are lighting, co2, and fertilizer (root tabs?) like in this tank?

It looks a bit like affinis to me. A description of the underside would help.

Good point. The stems are awfully pale for a crypt.

Even still, wouldn't the OP mention that it came as a bulb?

The best way to tell what kind of crypt you have would be to see it grown emersed and flowered, since that likely isn't an option, what did you buy it as?
